I would like to take the time to express my thanks and gratitude to ALM and its staff for the diligent work they did on our behalf with the Sale of our home in Virginia. Although our house had been on the market since April 08 with a very large real estate agency in the area, it was not until we connected with Access Loss Mitigation that we really had success.
Due to the housing market and economy the timing was not optimal to be trying to sell a house. However, the ALM team was hard-working and out there creating traffic which ultimately resulted in a successful contract. We are very grateful.

My points of contact at ALM were great. I called a lot and they answered all of my questions.  They told me to exercise my patience and that is what I did.

Dear ALM,

I am writing to you today to sincerely thank you for everything your company has done for me in the last year.

After my wife lost her job and we were forced to move out of our house, we were certain everything would be fine, but as the months slid by I knew a dark time was ahead.
